Unit 10B, 10 Greycoat place

  • Product Info

Juicy and complex, this single origin coffee comes from the Banko Gotiti washing station in Gedeo, part of Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe region. Coffee has been cultivated here for generations using traditional, time-honoured practices—most farms remain inherently organic as a result. Grown on small, family-owned plots, the coffee is often intercropped with food crops to make the most of the land and support household needs. Cherries are handpicked by local families and delivered to the washing station, where they’re meticulously sorted and sun-dried for 21 days. Yirgacheffe is home to indigenous heirloom varieties found nowhere else in the world, lending the region’s coffees their distinctive, globally celebrated profiles. Bright, citric acidity and fruit-forward notes shine through in every cup.
