Shipping and returns

Shipping & returns

  1. We currently ship across the UK.
  2. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, typically within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
  3. Enjoy free delivery on orders over £30, applied at checkout.

Returns

  1. We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  2. As a consumable product, coffee cannot be returned unless faulty. If there’s an issue, please contact us.
  3. To request a return, email info@60degreescoffee.com. Returns must be approved before sending.
  4. Returns are not accepted on: Gift cards

Order changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
